There are several banks near the hotel, each offering a comprehensive service.
Bank opening hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10.00 – 16.00 hours
Thursday 10.00 – 17.00 hours. 
Closest Bank is AIB bank on 37-38 O'Connell Street Upper -across the street from the hotel.
 
 
BREAKFAST
We do not serve food on the premises. The nearest breakfast bar we recommend is ‘’Lily’s Café’’ at 37-38 O'Connell Street Upper, Dublin D01 XR67, a relaxed little gem in the hustle and bustle of the city centre, just across the street from the hotel. 
Lily’s Café offers a delicious selection of breakfast pastries, a light continental breakfast or a hearthy, traditional full Irish brekkie to keep you going on your Dublin adventure. 
Lily’s Café opening hours: Mon-Fri 8am-9pm; Sat-Sun 10.30am-8pm.

CENTRAL HEATING
The heating and hot water systems are operated by a timer. At any stage of the day you should have sufficient hot water in your room. If you require additional hot water, please Dial 0.  You may regulate the temperature in the room by turning the dial on the radiator in your room; 1= warm, 5 = hot.  The dial on the opposite side may have to be turned also.
 
 
CHEMIST/PHARMACY
There are several pharmacies and drugstores close to the hotel. They stock a wide range of pharmaceutical products, cosmetics, perfumes and photographic equipment. Reception will inform you of any night pharmacies open in town.
 
 
CHECKOUT TIME
Checkout time is 12.00 Please contact reception if for any reason you cannot adhere to the checkout time. Late check out may be arranged. There is an additional charge for this service,  €10 per hour after standard check-out time, depending on availability.

If you unfortunately require a doctor during your stay in the hotel, please dial 9 for reception. We will assist in calling a doctor, please note there would be a time delay as this an outside service. There is also Accident & Emergence available in a number of Dublin hospitals. Reception will advise which one is on call

IN ROOM SAFETY

FIRE
For your safety and comfort, the hotel has an automatic fire detection system with smoke detectors and alarm bells. Please familiarise yourself with the fire plan in you room.
 
If you discover a fire: Raise the alarm by dialling 0 and give the receptionist the exact location of the fire or by breaking the glass of the nearest fire call point - which are situated in the corridors.
 
If you hear a continuous siren this means there is an emergency.
 
Please leave the building, DO NOT USE THE LIFT.
 
DO NOT stop for anything or return for belongings.
 
Assembly point is on O’Connell Street – the corner of the street to the left of the entrance of the Hotel. Before you go to bed make sure you are familiar with the nearest means of escape in case of fire.
 
 
GARAGE / PARKING
We recommend PARK Rite facility, situated in Parnell Centre, Loftus Ln, Rotunda, Dublin 1, D01 W7P4.  The cost is €10 for 24 hours. Please ask reception for details and discount card. Please bear in mind parking facility is located 10 minutes' walk from the Hotel.

Additional information can be arranged by contacting our reception desk. An Irish Tourist Board Information Office is located 3 minutes' walk from the hotel, on O’Connell Street.
This office is open from Monday to Saturday, 09.00 to 17.00 hour.

LOST PROPERTY
All lost property is placed in the care of the Accommodation Manager.
Please dial 0 to contact reception if you have misplaced an item. Please bear in mind all lost property items are forwarded to a charity after 30 days of finding it, if not claimed/collected.
 
 
MAIL
All mail addressed to guests will be left at the reception desk. 
 
 
MESSAGES
Messages left at the hotel can be collected at the reception desk at any time.
If you are expecting a telephone call or message while out of your room, please inform reception where you are likely to be in the hotel in order that we may contact you.

Please contact reception to book a taxi. Set price for a Taxi to Dublin Airport is €22 for up to 4 persons €2 charge for extra passenger. Van Taxis are advisable to be pre-booked a day before, please contact Reception for assistance.
